Drift and Current Cellars
ドリフトおよびカレントセラー

Japanese: 漂 (Hyō) —
meaning "to drift, to float, to be carried gently by current"

Drift and Current Cellars is a Japanese natural winery in Ōkuma (大熊町, Ōkuma-machi), a town located in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. Born from the philosophy that wine, like the self, should return to earth.

We work with minimal intervention, wild fermentation, and volcanic and coastal terroir to craft wines that feel less like products and more like meditations. Each bottle is an earthenware vessel, thrown by hand, fired in wood kilns, designed not as packaging to be discarded, but as a decanter to be kept.

Feel integrated, harmonious with nature.

Seafoam Sauvignon Blanc  –

52% Sauvignon Blanc harvested from Tomioka Winery's Hotokehama Vineyard WEST and 48% Sauvignon Blanc from Obama Vineyard were fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

The refreshing aroma of Japanese citrus and grapefruit, combined with the acidity and just the right amount of bitterness, results in a fruity and refreshing taste.

Enjoy it with Japanese food such as sushi or tempura.
